Modular Buildings

Pro-Line ES, CS and IS series of Modular Buildings provide our customers with professionally engineered buildings according to their application and budget. Our interlocking wall, ceiling and roof panels – which include integrated bulkheads, A/C, vents and exhaust panels – insure our buildings meet or exceed 2009 IBC, ASCE 07-05 ratings. Our buildings are PE stamped, serialized and manufactured to specifications to meet wind and snow-load ratings as well as seismic requirements from coast to coast.

Building sizes range from a minimum of 16 square feet up to 1,920 square feet, or as needed. Our standard panels are one foot in width and allow our customers a simple solution to meet their space requirements. Our buildings are used in many industries and for various applications. Options available range from a basic uninsulated shelter to a fully integrated Class I, Div II building complete with integration, electrical and climate control.
